Uniting close to 140 producers, Domaine Charles Collin produces this cuvee made with a blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Charles enjoyed five years of aging in the cellar and reveals a classic personality. The attack is quenching and followed by lemony, floral and lacteous notes, as well as nougat and pear. All of which is supported by a certain ampleness and charming roundness left behind by well-balanced dosage, leaving us with a finale of limestone accents.
