Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) vodka
- 20 ml (3/4 oz.) simple syrup
- 20 ml (3/4 oz.) lime juice
- 8-10 raspberries
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- Ice cubes
Preparation
In a shaker
Preparation
Place the raspberries and the ginger in a shaker.
Crush using a pestle.
Add all the other ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
