The fruit of a very small 8-hectare wine business owned by Carlos Macias and Xavier Canals, the cuvee is named after one of the emblematic Montsant Mountain range. Grenache is assembled to a dominance of Carignan, aged five months in casks. This is a supple, easy-access wine to be served chilled to bring out the mild spice, cherry, blueberry and cocoa notes.
