Winemaker extraordinaire for almost 30 years at the family estate, Elisabetta Foradori elevated the Toledo varietal to one of the Italian greats. Although under conversion since 2002, the vineyard obtained its Demeter biodynamic certification in 2009. This cuvee is fermented exclusively in stainless steel and then aged 18 months in casks. The result is surprising, elegant and flavourful.
