Bodega Fernando de Castilla is a small estate today owned by Norwegian Jan Pettersen. Most of the grapes used are from meticulous growers known for the remarkable quality of their production. Sun dried, the grapes of Pedro Ximénez in this cuvee are aged in Solera. Rich, unctuous and exuberant, it features accents of raisin, dates, figs, burnt caramel and prunes.
