Ex-oenologist at Viñas del Vero and El Coto, Pedro Aibar is behind the young project created in 2006 in the Campo de Borja appellation. Located on the hills of Sierra del Moncayo, this 7-hectare estate produces imposing wines from the Grenache and Syrah plantings. Made with both varietals, with a dominance of Grenache, this cuvee gravitates towards notes of pepper, flowers, ripe black fruits and barley sugar. Like candy melting in your mouth!
