the responsible consumption of alcohol.
We are committed to serving our customers well and selling responsibly. That is why we make a point of training our personnel about our sales ethic and informing the public of it through awareness campaigns.
The SAQ has contributed to the Éduc’alcool Fund since its creation in 1989. Éduc’alcool is an organization that develops prevention, education and information programs to help young people and adults to make informed and responsible decisions about alcohol consumption. In fiscal 2016-2017, the SAQ collected and remitted $3.3 million to Éduc’alcool.

It always listens to its customers thanks to an ongoing survey, in which 94% of respondents said they were satisfied with their shopping experience, thanks in part to the availability of over 13,200 products that comply with the highest quality standards.
