“The nose reveals preserved lemon notes, peach juice and apricot. The mouth is rich in Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Fatty, but not heavy. White flowers, sponge candy, preserved ginger. Like fruit salad. Like a piece of sunshine.”
Muscadelle, a varietal less planted in Bordeaux due to its fragility, is in greater proportion than usual in this highly aromatic and flavourful cuvee. A spring wine to sip with great joy.
“A hint of grapefruit and white flowers. A classic Bordeaux blend. Mostly Sauvignon and Sémillon, with some Muscadelle to round things out.”
“Equal parts Chardonnay and Sauvignon. Lots of exotic fruit notes, pink grapefruit and fresh mint. Both fatty and lively at the same time.”
