- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- Chilli paste
- Sugar
- Chilli flakes
- Ice cubes

In a shaker
Preparation
Rim the edge of a flute with sugar.
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes, except the sugar and the chilli flakes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with chilli flakes.
