Born from a non-destemmed harvest, meaning the stalks will bring a bit more structure to the wine by being in contact with the juice during vinification (from natural yeasts), this cuvée will then rest in casks for 18 months. Its notes of cherry, almond and hummus join those of wood in a round and mouth-filling ensemble. The ideal partner for veal chops or pasta Bolognese.
