Detailed info
A major player of the Bordeaux wine merchants, Cheval Quancard is the owner of many crus. In the land of Château Montrose and Château Cos d'Estournel, on the prestigious Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Cossieu-Coutelin assembles almost equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels (60% new), the wine opens on woody and torrefaction notes, then moves on to spices and cassis.
