Once harvested, the Corvina and Rondinella bunches are immediately placed in small crates where they will benefit from partial drying. Stretched over a period of 4 months, this process will allow the berries to lose between 30% and 40% of their volume and gain in sugar. Matured in barrels and then refined in the bottle, this cuvée transmits beautiful aromas of cocoa, plum, black cherry, vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is round, heady and of impressive length.
