The structure of the wine merchant, founded by the Bret brothers in 2001, can be summed up as follows: «1 wine = 1 parcel = 1 winemaker». Aged 45 to 55 years, the vines from the «En Carementrant» named place that make up this cuvee enjoy a full southern exposure, at the foot of the majestic Roche de Vergisson cliff. Entirely produced and aged in 228-litre casks for 11 months, this cuvee offers contained wood which makes way for flavours of white fruits, butter, almonds and white fruits. Proof that great class is not only found on Côte de Beaune.
