45 mL (1 1/2 oz.) Johnnie Walker Black Label

2 dashes aromatic bitter

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain in an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a thin slice of ginger.

Cinnamon powder

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, except the cinnamon, in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the content of the shaker into a chilled martini glass using an ice strainer. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over top.


8. Caramel and chocolate

Just like hiking in nature and picking activities, warm drinks are also part of fall’s little pleasures. 60 mL (2 oz.) Baileys salted caramel
90 mL (3 oz.) hot chocolate

9. Manhattan

45 mL (1 1/2 oz.) Canadian whisky

Pour the whisky, red vermouth, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir with a mixing spoon for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the content of the mixing glass into a martini glass, using an ice strainer. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

1 banana

1 maraschino cherries

Preparation

Place all the ingredients, minus the maraschino cherry, in a blender. Mix at low speed for 5 seconds, then at maximum speed until you get the desired consistency. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino on a pick.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice, until completely cooled. You can also use a mixing glass if you have one and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist
