Unlike most Spanish sparkling wines available on our market, this cuvée does not carry the Cava designation, but is the result of a pioneering vision. In 2012, the Raventós i Blanc estate created the Conca del Riu Anoia appellation to further showcase the expression of terroir and the transparency of its sparkling wines. This bold choice is based on demanding principles: 100% estate-grown grapes, biodynamic viticulture, respect for biodiversity, high quality standards, full traceability, and extended aging. This rosé version highlights local and distinctive varieties and benefits from 18 months of lees aging. A true delight, with a saline touch and notes of wild berries. Perfect to pair with appetizers for a convivial apéritif.
