Puzzling and authentic, this wine will leave no one cold. Vinified and aged in 400-liter casks on lees, this Chenin is set apart by an ample, almost fatty mouth, driven by nice acidity. White flowers, honey, saffron, cumin, ripe apple and hazelnut last in a long mouthfeel. This is a wine for the table, to be served with grilled seabass and beurre blanc.
