Well established in Sicily, Cusumano offers us a surprising cuvée of Chardonnay coming from a high-altitude vineyard and which has notably benefited from a fermentation in oak barrels. It offers the best of both worlds, a profile on exotic fruits such as peach and pineapple, well supported by oak, but which retains a certain tension thanks to a very present acidity. With a nice aromatic range, this is a nice alternative for lovers of expressive Chardonnays.
