    Belgian brewery 3 Fonteinen, from Beersel, specializes in lambic type beers. This one is their number 60 blend and stems from the marriage of several casks and brews. Honey from the region is said to be included. Putting forth upfront acidity, it also reveals notes of candied fruit, apricot, marmalade and grilled sesame. Nice complexity and length on the palate. A great specimen!
