“The 2016 Branco «Xisto Cru« is a blend of 70% Rabigato with Códega, Gouveio and Viosinho principally filling out the rest. It was aged for 12 months in used French oak and comes in at 12.6% alcohol. Sourced from the Mêda Region at the southern border of Douro Superior, the vines are over 80 years old and planted at 650 to 700 meters in altitude.”
