This cuvée is the result of the collective project of four friends focusing on the expression of the most beautiful coastal terroirs of Spain. It reveals itself in complexity by involving different winemaking techniques: a part benefits from skin maceration, another from aging in barrels, even a portion will undergo aging under veil, as is customary in the production of certain sherry. The result is amazing! Like a nod to Jura-style wines, but with a unique signature.
