Beautiful bubbles produced in ancestral method with Xarel-lo and a fermentation in amphoras. On the nose, a nice big bouquet of white flowers, aromas of white flesh fruits like peach and a slightly vegetal and herbaceous finish. On the palate, it is crisp, with white fleshy fruit and a touch of apple with a nice salinity.
