Ranking among the Canadian elite according to Matt Kramer at Wine Spectator, this Canadian estate gets its name from the "Bench", a narrow terrace covering six kilometers in length and benefiting from a microclimate tempered by the strong circulation of air coming from of Lake Ontario. Gamay thrives over there, as displayed by this natural red whose crunchy fruitiness is judiciously complemented by spicy, woody and floral notes. The combination is perfect to enhance the flavours of Moroccan couscous or game sausages.
