Domaine Séléné Beaujolais Cuvée Printemps 2022

The spring cuvée is a gamay produced in carbonic maceration (fermentation starts inside the grape, with the skin left intact). This type of maceration usually produces light wines with floral and fresh fruit flavors. The Cuvée de printemps is no exception with its aromas of freshly picked blackberries, strawberries, cherries and violets. On the palate, we also notice a fine vegetal and herbaceous background. To be enjoyed with grilled vegetables, salads, light cheeses or even before dinner, to recall the summer.
