Blend of 60% Chardonnay fermented and aged in barrels and 40% Grenache in stainless steel vats. After working for several years with winegrowers throughout France, Sylvain Bock took over 4 hectares of vines from Gérald Oustric in 2010. He continues to manage these vines with the greatest respect for nature and to vinify his wines without additives. In 2013, he added 2.5 hectares of old vines (25-55 years old) on basalt to this vineyard. Fresh and vibrant wines.
