Naturally present at L’Orpailleur, the fox helps control vole populations that can damage the vines. Inspired by Italian frizzante wines, this cuvée offers a light yet persistent bubble, lower alcohol, and a flavour profile reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries, and flowers.
