    Yuzu was born from Pierre-Yves Petit’s desire to reinvent Muscat à Petits Grains in a drier, more vibrant style. Crafted in the garrigue near the Mediterranean from 70-year-old vines, this organic orange wine reveals a fresh, spicy and saline profile, far from overly exuberant or sweet Muscats. In the vineyard, Pierre-Yves works with permaculture practices focused on soil regeneration and biodiversity. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy cuisine.
