Tommasi Amarone Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2021
Detailed info
First produced in 1959, this iconic red marked a turning point in the history of this Venetian estate. Hand-harvested with care, the grapes are then dried for about three months in a well-ventilated loft. Fermentation lasts nearly 25 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by a patient three-year aging period in large Slavonian oak casks. The result is a wine of controlled power — rich, refined, and a true reflection of both the soul of Valpolicella Classica and the Tommasi family’s commitment to preserving its legacy.
