Turquoise Jewel


- 60 ml (2 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue curaçao)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) white or dark rum
- 150 ml (5 oz.) pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 kiwi slice
Combine citrus liqueur and rum in a wine glass containing ice cubes.
Top up with pineapple juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a kiwi slice.
