Calypso Coffee


- 60 ml (2 oz.) irish cream
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) spiced amber rum
- 150 ml (5 oz.) hot coffee
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
Combine the irish cream liqueur and spiced amber rum in a toddy glass.
Top up with hot coffee.
Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
