- 45 ml (3 tbsp) icing sugar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cream beverage
Preparation
- Mix together the icing sugar and the cream.
- Start beating with an electric mixer.
- While beating, add the liqueur slowly.
- Continue to beat the mixture until you’ve attained the texture of whipped cream.
