Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 oz.) lemon-flavoured vodka
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) lemon juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) lemon grass syrup
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- Angostura bitter

In a shaker
Preparation
Combine the vodka, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostrua bitter.
