- 60 ml (2 oz.) herb liqueur
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) sugar cane syrup
- Lime wedges
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Pour the sugar cane syrup in an old-fashioned glass containing the lime wedges.
Crush using a pestle.
Add the ice cubes and herb liqueur.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
