Ingredients
  • 250 ml (8 oz.) white rum
  • 125 ml (4 oz.) citrus liqueur
  • 1 litre (34 oz.) mango or apricot nectar
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 litre (34 oz.) ginger ale
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh fruit (orange, pomegranate, lime, star fruit, etc.)
  • Serves 8

Preparation

Combine rum, citrus liqueur, nectar, lime juice and ginger ale in the punch bowl.

Cover and let steep about 2 hours in refrigerator.

Add ginger ale immediately before serving.

Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with fruit (orange, pomegranate, lime, star fruit, etc.).
