Pinot Noir in four vineyards
Celebrate the finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir with Dimitri Bazas, technical director of Champy in Beaune, Konrad Salwey, owner of the eponymous estate in Germany, Leah Adint, winemaker at Erath in Oregon, and Daniel Lalande, owner of La Cantina d'Oka. You will discover, in words and in scents, the influence of the different terroirs put forward by each estate, while familiarizing yourself with the reality of a grape variety that is as capricious as it is enchanting.
This event is held in French but Leah Adint's intervention will be in English only.

Grown in Champagne, Savoy, the Loire Valley and Alsace, Pinot Noir owes its fame to the great wines of Burgundy. The cool regions of California, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina also allow it to thrive. It is the source of delicate wines with complex aromas of red fruits and spices.
