Preparation
Made by Benedictine monks at Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey, this Italian-style Gouda cheese charms with its soft, slightly creamy texture. Delicate notes of hazelnut and melted butter come through with finesse. Ideal for raclette, it also grates wonderfully for pizzas and gratins. Versatile, it pairs equally well with a Fruity and vibrant white wine as it does with a light red or rosé, such as Union Libre.
