  • 30 ml (1 oz.) whisky
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp liquid honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 90 ml (3 oz.) boiling water
  • 1 lemon zest

Combine whisky, lemon juice and honey in a toddy glass.

Add the cinnamon stick in the glass.

Top up with the boiling water.

Stir a few minutes using a mixing spoon.

Garnish with lemon zest.
