Mojitonic, punch version


- 300 ml (10 oz.) white rum
- 300 ml (10 oz.) dry gin
- 1 L (34 oz.) tonic water
- 500 ml (16 oz.) lemon-lime soda
- 150 ml (5 oz.) lime juice
- 120 ml (4 oz.) regular syrup
- Ice cubes
- 30 mint leaves
- Slices of starfruit
- Slices of lime
- Serves 10 to 12
Combine the mint leaves and the regular syrup in a punch bowl or a pitcher.
Crush using a pestle.
Add the other ingredients.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Serve into highball glasses.
