    1. Matured in New Zealand Pinot Noir casks, a first for the Ardbeg distillery, Blaaack displays subtle fruity notes to which are added peaty, spicy and chocolate accents. Expressive, harmonious, superb!
    2. An inlet separating the Isle of Islay from Jura, Caol Ila gives its Gaelic name to this smoky and peaty scotch. The mouth, round and generous, is completed by notes of praline and mocha.
    3. Known for their typical regional profile of peat and smoke, the whiskies from this distillery still retain a complex and harmonious personality all of their own. Lagavulin 12-Year-Old is distinguished by its intensity and notes of nuts, citrus fruits and iodine.
    4. Laphroaig distillery is renowned the world over for its scotches with intense peaty, iodized and smoky aromas. With a quarter of a century of aging, this bottle is of incredible aromatic complexity, where accents of citrus, hot apple, spices, vanilla and seaside intermingle.
    5. Founded in 1815, Laphroaig distillery is a neighbour of Lagavulin. It takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic ‘’Lag a'mhor aig’’, which means ‘’the cave in the bay’’. Matured in bourbon casks then in 60 liters quarter-casks and finally in sherry casks, this scotch offers powerful fruity, peaty and spicy sensations.
    6. Bottled ‘’cask strength’’, therefore undiluted, this scotch has benefited from refining in new and second pass bourbon barrels. Creamy, heady, the mouth leaves an impression of pepper, cinnamon, wood, honey and apple pie.

The presence of toffee, honey, vanilla and sweet spices on the palate leaves a seductive impression. The oak is well balanced and the persistence is noteworthy.
    46. Aged for 8 years, this whiskey is made from corn, malted barley and wheat, the latter offering a smoother and more delicate flavour than rye. Its aromatic profile revolves around ripe fruit, vanilla, caramel and oak, where hints of tobacco are also integrated.
    47. Sophisticated and complex, this bourbon is very expressive. Its typical spicy notes unveil scents of caramel, honey, toffee and vanilla.
    48. This powerful whiskey was casked in 2005. Loaded with aromas of maraschino cherry, espresso and orange zest, it also transmits notes of herbs and cinnamon. With a certain sweetness, the finish is reminiscent of toasted marshmallow.
    49. Having benefited from an aging of 18 years and three months, this whiskey offers a very woody profile but also a generous aromatic palette. Black fruits, crème brûlée, vanilla and caramel are present, but also notes of cinnamon and white pepper.
