The ‘’Vigneronne’’ cuvee is a blend of lambics aged 16 to 18 months, mixed with Muscat grapes from Italy, bought at the end of the season to insure the best maturity possible. It offers lovely complexity with its wild fragrances; the Muscat brings fruitiness, reducing somewhat the tangy perception and adding spellbinding scents of peach, white flowers and citrus, along with a delicate woody touch. The mouth is ample and the finish is dry, the bitterness is well-balanced and unveils a pleasant aromatic persistence.

A blend of lambics aged 16 to 18 months in a barrel containing berries of the Merlot grape from Bordeaux, this cuvée inevitably bridges the world of beer and wine. A very pleasant discovery where a fruitiness and an obvious wine touch emerge, in which the tannins of the grapes are also delicately perceptible.

Called ‘’Foufoune’’ by those close to him, François Daronnat is an apricot grower and a valuable collaborator for Cantillon. Indeed, his ‘’Bergeron’’ apricots (a very sweet and acidic variety) are blended with 18- to 20-month old lambics, in a proportion of 300 g of fruit per liter. Elegant and complex, this beer has an exotic nose, an invigorating and creamy mouth along with impressive persistence. A masterpiece!

A blend of lambics and sour cherries (200 g of cherries per litre), this 100% organic kriek imposes its fruity character through a marked acidity, a light foam and a funky finish. The palate is round, harmonious and without heaviness. Serve it as an aperitif paired to prosciutto-melon bites!

For Cantillon, Bruocsella is the missing link between the world of wine and beer. Not fermented in bottle, this beer has no effervescence. Produced from a unique lambic aged three years in barrels, it develops remarkable oxidative and acidic complexity featuring mandarin, peach and lemon accents. A work of art!

Somewhat orange in colour, this Gueuze is of great aromatic definition. Apple meets lemon and grapefruit, with toasted, funky and subtle milky notes. The bubbles are fine, abundant and light. Tense, the mouth confirms the aromatic profile and offers incredible persistence. A great beer.

This third chapter in Springbank’s Sherry series highlights a two‑stage maturation: first in bourbon casks, then in Amontillado, for a total of ten years of aging. The nose is complex and deep, blending hazelnut, candied cherry and blood orange over a subtly earthy backdrop. The palate shows impressive intensity with notes of dried meats, cigar box and resin, supported by a well‑measured sweetness of coconut and brown sugar.
Founded in 1828 in Campbeltown in the Orkney Islands (south of the Kyntire peninsula), the Springbank family distillery remains one of the few to concentrate all its activities in one place (malting, distillation, aging and bottling). Traditional at heart, the estate makes captivating scotches with a strong personality. This is expressed by a full texture emanating forest flavours, but also pepper, candied fruit, citrus marmalade and peat.
Crafted from a selection of five carefully chosen casks — bourbon, European oak and Oloroso sherry — Càirdeas 2025 Lore Cask Strength offers a more intense interpretation of the classic Cask Lore. The palate opens on massive peat and marine notes, then unfolds toward citrus zest, caramel and gentle spices, all wrapped in that iconic medicinal touch. A limited‑edition cask‑strength release, powerful and complex, showcasing Laphroaig’s unmistakable signature.
Born on the Isle of Skye and shaped by lava and storms, this Talisker draws its strength from the elements. Finished in American oak casks heated with local volcanic stones, it reveals a smoky, spicy and maritime profile. The palate is creamy — first soft and salty, then peppery with light peated accents. With a splash of water, it becomes gentler while retaining its spicy energy. Character, balance and plenty of pleasure.
