- 60 ml (2 oz.) chilled sparkling wine
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cognac
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cold apricot (or peach) juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cold orange juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- A few drops of rose water (Available in grocery stores.)
- Ice cubes
- 1 apricot slice
Combine all ingredients, except for the sparkling wine and apricot wedge, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with the sparkling wine.
Garnish with the apricot slice.
