- 60 ml (2 oz.) aperitif wine (like Pineau des Charentes)
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tangerine juice
- Club soda
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- 1 orange slice
Crush 4 or 5 mint leaves in a highball glass using a muddler.
Add the ice cubes, aperitif and tangerine juice.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with the orange and the remaining mint leaves.
For something a little different, you can use blood orange juice instead of tangerine juice.
