- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) sake
- 1 thin slice fresh ginger (optional)
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 olive
Combine the dry gin, sake and ginger slice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with an olive on a pick.
