Adventure on two wheels
Bordeaux is a magnificent region filled with bucolic charm and unforgettable stretches of countryside. Imagine exploring its rolling terrain on a bike, pedaling from château to château in sync with nature, while also indulging in epicurean delights at gourmet meals. Each daily excursion is short and easy, making for a trip adapted to cyclotourists of every level. Visits will focus on six of the region’s appellations, whose names send wine lovers into ecstasy – Pessac-Léognan, Pauillac, Saint-Émilion, Margaux and Pomerol – all under perfect biking conditions.
Good to know
This tour is intended for cyclists with at least a little road-biking experience. The tour’s activity level is 2, meaning a fairly easygoing itinerary with a few hills and distances of between 40 and 70 km a day. Each day, your luggage will be transported by van to the next destination. You will need only a bag or small backpack for the personal items you want to bring with you when cycling.
