Xepec Kaipiroska

- 45 ml (2 oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (2/3 oz.) Fino sherry
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) cane sugar syrup (simple syrup)
- A few green grapes
- Half a lime, cut into quarters
- 1 wedge of lime
- Ice cubes
Put 4 grapes and the quartered lime into an old fashioned glass, and mash with a pestle.
Add the remaining ingredients, including the ice cubes. Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with green grapes on a pick, and a wedge of lime.
