  • What type of device is it best to use to maximize my virtual platform experience?

    Ideally from a personal computer such as PC or Mac. Otherwise, from a laptop, once again PC or Mac type. Using a tablet or cell phone is not recommended.

  • What is the minimum internet speed necessary for a great browsing experience?

    40 MB upstream and 10 MB downstream.

  • If I don't have time to do it all, can I access the platform after the event?

    Yes. You will have access to the virtual platform, and it will be possible to view everything from May 14, until December 31, 2021.

  • Will I be able to express my appreciation for the products tasted?

    Yes. Log into your SAQ Inspire account on SAQ.COM and you will be able to leave your opinion on the product as well as a five-star rating.

  • When is the deadline to purchase the products online so that they are delivered in time for the event?

    To get the full webinar experience, purchase the products by April 25 to receive them in time for the event on May 13.

  • Will I be able to purchase products during the event?

    Yes. All Quebec products will be on sale in the virtual SAQ store.

  • Will I be able to ask the producers questions during the webinars?

    Yes. There will be a question period during which you can ask your questions via chat, individually without these questions being visible to all participants.

  • If I miss a webinar will it be replayed?

    Yes. Each producer will present two broadcasts of their live webinar on the evening of the event. See the webinar schedule for more details. In addition, if you were unable to attend the live conferences, you will have access to reruns starting the following Saturday morning, to watch the webinars presented during La Tournée du Québec.

  • If I don't understand how the virtual platform works, can I talk to someone?

    Yes. Technical support via chat will be available at all times at the bottom of the screen on the virtual platform.

  • Can I pause a webinar?
