Having converted his entire 15-hectare vineyard back in 1989, Jean-Pierre Fleury can be crowned pioneer in Champagne when it comes to biodynamic viticulture. Today the estate is in the very capable hands of his children, Morgane and Jean-Sébastien, who continue to turn out impeccable products, including this rosé, one of their specialties. With pretty fine bubbles and a beautiful shimmering raspberry dress, which characterizes this Rosé de Saignée, this sparkling wine is as much a pleasure for the eye as for the palate. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this cuvée reveals accents of raspberry, spice, pastry and cooked cherry with subtle floral notes. The seduction then moves on to the mouth with a pleasant and lingering acidity and a full palate.
