    Sasanokawa Shuzo has been producing sakes since its creation in 1765. The whisky adventure will follow later, in 1946. The name is a combination of "Yama" meaning mountain and "Sakura" for cherry tree, and the blend a grouping of four whiskies of malt and grain. It offers an oily mouth featuring notes of salted caramel, pear, vanilla and cereals.
