With this cuvee, the approach of famous oenologist Alvaro Castro was to mimic the wines of Dão from the 1970s. With a shared élevage in stainless steel vats and casks for 12 to 18 months, it offers an abundance of fruit evoking blackberry, cassis and raspberry, to which are joined violet and licorice. The mouth is refined and fresh.
