On top of the wine merchant business, Bodega Villa d'Orta also grows a 50-hectare vineyard certified organic, sheltered by the mountains, at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains, which explains the Somontano appellation name (meaning under the mountains). This rosé tastes of blood orange and cherry in a fresh mouth - a great mealtime rosé. Just right with tomato-goat cheese pizza.
