Many thought San Antonio Valley to chilly for winemaking however Matetic took up the challenge: the vineyard is planted at 19 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean and 250 meters in altitude and today their wines are among the most respected in Chile. Made from biodynamicaly grown Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Syrah, this opaque and tannic blend evokes intende flavors of violet, eucalyptus and black fruit.
